The Mascara Monologues Saga Continues

As all devoted ShopTalkers know, I have been conducting a very scientific study of every mascara I can get my hands on for a while now. I’ve written about them on this blog and while I usually provide links to past postings I think there are just too many now. So if you’d like to see them just type “mascara” in the search box to the right and they’ll all come up. My most recent test subject was Kiehl’s Marvelous Mineral Mascara and all I can say is WOW! We all know and love Kiehl’s for their fantastic body products but who knew they could do cosmetics too? I love this stuff, and being something of a mascara connoiseur by now, I can confidently say it is one of the best. Marvelous Mineral Mascara not only separates and lengthens but is hypo-allergenic, paraben-free and fragrance-free. Those of you who are sensitive to regular mascaras shouldn’t have a problem with this one at all. It is made with acacia senegal which volumizes, and conditioning jojoba oil and aloe vera as well. Kiehls’ even made sure to create a brush that won’t tug at lashes and damage them. It will be available in April at Kiehl’s stores  for $16.50. I’m wearing it now and my lashes look oh so long and lovely. I feel simply marvelous!

Update: I negleced to give the address of our local Highland Park Village store – 80 Highland Park Village, Dallas, 214-559-0700. There you go!
