The Mansion Residence is one of the most exclusive high-rises in Dallas. Situated on Turtle Creek Boulevard, the building has just 24 condominiums inside. Each unit enjoys panoramic views of downtown Dallas and the tranquil Turtle Creek neighborhood. Today, we’re stepping inside Unit 10W. The two-bedroom home just hit the market, and despite its hefty price tag, we doubt it’ll last long.

For a home in a high-rise, this unit is massive, with 3,669 square feet of living space. Nearly every room has floor-to-ceiling windows that give the illusion of even more openness. It was originally built in 1992, then remodeled in 2007 with no detail spared. You’ll notice Venetian plaster walls, custom Sapele trim, and wooden sliding barn doors.

The heart of the home is the main living area, which offers sweeping views of Turtle Creek Park. It flows into the kitchen, which was custom-designed by Bulthaup and includes sleek cabinetry with modern wood accents. An adjacent dining room is defined by a Murano glass chandelier that was custom-made and imported from Italy.

Several smaller rooms sit just off the main hallway. A study, for example, is shrouded by custom barn doors, which establish full seclusion for work-from-home days. There is also a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and laundry sink, plus additional storage.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, situated away from the main living areas. It features a separate sitting room and a private terrace that looks out onto the treetops below. The oversized marble tub in the primary bath has the best view of all: check out Turtle Creek Park, most of Uptown, and the peaks of downtown Dallas’s tallest buildings.

Finally, the guest quarters overlook the historic Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. The future owners of Unit 10W will enjoy access to the hotel’s spa, pool, and 24-hour room service.
