Accountable Care Organization Catalyst Health Network has named Soon Rabb, Srinivas Achukola and Danny DeAtley as their first-ever chief people officer, chief technology officer and senior vice president of marketing, respectively.
Catalyst has continued to grow during the pandemic, offering support to independent physicians as they adjusted to life during the pandemic, and advocating for changes to how primary care is funded. The group has nearly 1,000 members in Texas and Oklahoma. Catalyst’s foundation also has plans to help vaccinate medical deserts in high need communities.
“We have grown so much since 2016,” said Catalyst Health Network Co-Founder and CEO Dr. Christopher Crow via release. “And as COVID accelerates the demand for value-based care, we’re ready to take Catalyst to the next level by solidifying our place as one of the most innovative ACOs in healthcare.”
Rabb will lead organizational development and talent management as CPO at Catalyst. She most recently served as vice president of human resources at S&P Global. Achukola will work to grow the organizations technology portfolio, which has become an even more essential aspect of medicine during the pandemic, as so much care has moved online. He was previously CTO at KEPRO, which partners with government sponsored healthcare programs to improve quality and efficiency. Senior Vice President of Marketing DeAtley brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications to the role. He previously led brand and creative work for McKesson.
“We are in growth-stage, which is never without a few growing pains,” said Crow via release. “These new leaders’ combined 65-plus years of industry experience will allow us to grow our membership while maintaining the gold-standard level of quality and internal culture that we’ve tirelessly worked to cultivate.”
