SEDCO Capital sold 170,000 square feet of office and industrial space in Fort Worth for $29. 25 million. SEDCO Capital acquired the property in 2001 and exited the investment with an 11.24% IRR for investors in January 2020. The property is currently leased to Galderma Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company previously owned by Nestle.

Addus HomeCare will become a new tenant at The Offices Two at Frisco Station, a 210,000-square-foot, Class A speculative office building developed by VanTrust Real Estate. The relocation will expand Addus HomeCare’s office space from its existing 31,000 square feet to roughly 75,000 square feet. With more than double the space, the company hopes to add 50 more employees to its 146-person team in the next five years. The Offices Two at Frisco Station will have 52,000-square-feet of leasable space remaining.
